Swimming pool, view and all the outside area. The conversion of the buildings - very sympathetic
Poor checking in facilities at a different hotel - particularly if you are travelling by public transport. Breakfast was minimal, lose the plastic plates.

Air conditioning was not functioning on first day. Hotel reception consists of a small hut near hotel with a telephone. After using telephone air conditioning was fixed on the next day. If you need to visit Sienna with young children this is a reasonable choice as it has good facilities and space. Remember this is a 2 star hotel.

We had a great stay at this beautiful property with a big garden. The room was cute and clean, and we loved the natural surroundings and the large pool. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Food for breakfast could have been better with more options and information.

The location of this farmhouse is absolutely stunning. Surrounded by picturesque Tuscan hills and olive trees, it provides a truly enchanting experience. the private apartments offer cozy accommodations with rustic yet classy furniture. Each apartment has a private veranda, providing a breathtaking view. Plus, the free access to the apartments at any time and the option to have visitors without any hassle adds to the convenience.
The communication and check-in process could be improved, as it seems to cause confusion and inconvenience.

The staff were great! Veronica and Stephano were the 2 we dealt with most of the time. Both were very good with communications, deserve lots of credit for that! :>) :>) Stephano even stopped by on his way home one evening to drop something off for another customer and had a little visit with us on the patio. Very informative as to local customs, agriculture, history etc. Answered all our questions, even the silly ones that us non Italian speaking folks will ask!
My only recommendation, add a coffee maker or espresso maker for the kitchen. I didn't feel it would be right to make and takeaway from breakfast area. Not good cups to do so with either. That was the only thing I missed was an extra cup in the daytime or evening.

We got great value for our money at L'Aia. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was beautiful and peaceful, and the staff treated us like family.
The breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Room is good
Lacation is too bad, and no hot water in the morning.

Surrounded by breathtaking Tuscan countryside, this hidden gem is the ultimate out-of-town getaway. The rooms are charming and clean, with a delightful outside seating area perfect for picnics. Although the pool could be cleaner, the peacefulness and stunning views make up for it. The location is convenient, with a quick bus ride to town and friendly staff providing helpful advice. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful grounds, and the basic kitchen facilities were a bonus. Definitely a place to return to for a longer stay, offering easy access to Siena and beyond.

Beautifully restored old buildings. Very roomy. Lovely pool in Olive grove.
Not on or near a bus route so had to drive everywhere.

I liked the traditional style of the building and the "private" gecko on the outside wall next to our window.
